  • Every attempt is made to ship all orders the same day they are received. Warehouse staff shall have the right to ship the fastest, cheapest method possible. Unless otherwise noted, UPS will be used within weight restrictions

  • Warranties

  • All warranties on our products are that of the manufacturer. InnovativeBallSpinner.com agrees to repair or replace any product or part thereof, of its manufacturer, when necessary, as a result of defects in workmanship or material arising within one year from the date of purchase. This applies only to the oriinal purhaser and must e returned to InnovativeBallSpinner.com, prepaid, accompanied by a copy of the invoice. This warranty shall not apply to any product or component thereof which has been repaired or altered outside th fatory, nor due to misuse, negligence or accident. In no event will InnovativeBallSpinner.com be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

  • No returns accepted without prior consent. Merchandise must be shipped prepaid to InnovativeBallSpinner.com. Returns made for reasons other than defective merchandise or InnovativeBallSpinner.com error will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

  • Business Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time.  Closed all major holidays.
